QCC 2009 – Registration Offer

The second Queensland Coastal Conference, dubbed ‘Waves Of Change’, is to be held on the Gold Coast this year at the Sea World Resort on The Spit, May 13-15.

Featuring speakers from all levels of Government, local research and education bodies as well as marine industry representatives;  the conference also hosts a number of workshops dealing with coastal management and discussing the programs and policies that oversee coastal zone management.

If you’re interested in attending and representing Surfrider Foundation GCT Chapter, the organisers, SEQ Catchments Ltd, is offering 6 delegates from local community groups $500 to contribute towards their expenses.
