International Surfing Day, June 20
This Saturday is International Surfing Day. Founded five years ago by the Surfrider Foundation and Surfing magazine, International Surfing Day unites surfers from around the world in celebration of the sport of surfing. Surfers will do their part to give back to our oceans, waves and beaches through various activities and events courtesy of the Surfrider Foundation and beach lovers around the globe.
The Surfrider Foundation Gold Coast Tweed Chapter invites everyone to their Day at the Beach with activities for all the family such as Dune Care, Beach Clean Up, Surf/Paddle with a Friend and a BBQ to finish off the day.

WHO: Surfrider Foundation members, volunteers and activists, surfers, and anyone who loves the ocean.
