If you’ve ever wondered how you fix a surfboard ding all by yourself (and it’s a skill every surfer should learn!), here’s a great way to do it. SF GCT and Black Apache Surfboards will be putting on a free tutorial on how to fix a ding.

Come on down to Kirra Surfriders (underneath Kirra Surf Club) on July 13th from 7pm, get yourself a master class and you’ll be fixing dings in no time!

Have an old surfboard lying around? Well they say that one man’s trash is another’s treasure, so why not bring it along to the Surfrider Foundation GCT Board Swap at Currumbin Alley on May 1st?

You never know, you might walk away with your new (old) ‘magic board’!

Saturday 12th December see the annual Walk Against Warming event at locations across the country. We’ll be at the Brisbane event in conjunction with our Greenfest friends, so come along and make your voice heard.

Following the walk, there’ll be a free all ages concert in King George Square, featuring the likes of Katie Noonan, Black Market Rhythm Co. and Dallas Frasca.
